
The Process of Care is a collaborative effort to identify students facing any type of struggle, tracking these issues and the resulting follow-up from various constituents on campus, and identifying students who may benefit from additional support or resources. By using a community approach to foster the well-being of every member of the Tulane University community, we collectively build a strong, healthy and supportive environment.

- 24 hour / 7 day a week Student Affairs Professional On Call (SAPOC)
 - Tulane Police calls for service
 - Emergency Medical Service (EMS)
 - Academic Advising / Academic Alert system
 - Online Concerns Reporting form
 - Individual faculty, staff and student interactions
